Ba\u015fkent Thimphu\u2019da trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, dijital sinyaller yerine insan etkile\u015fimi ve nezaket kurallar\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>24 Saatte S\u00f6k\u00fclen Teknoloji: Halk\u0131n \u201c\u0130nsan Odakl\u0131\u201d Talebi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Butan\u2019\u0131n trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131yla olan k\u0131sa ve ders niteli\u011findeki ser\u00fcveni 1995 y\u0131l\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Ba\u015fkentte hayata ge\u00e7irilen ilk ve tek trafik \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 sistemi, b\u00f6lge halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u201ck\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokuya uyumsuz ve ruhsuz\u201d bulunarak tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Makineler yerine insanlar\u0131n y\u00f6netti\u011fi bir d\u00fczeni talep eden Butanl\u0131lar\u0131n bu iste\u011fine kay\u0131ts\u0131z kalmayan yetkililer, sistemi faaliyete ge\u00e7tikten sadece\u00a024 saat sonra\u00a0s\u00f6kerek tarihe ge\u00e7en bir karar imzalad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kav\u015faklar\u0131n \u201cOrkestra \u015eefleri\u201d: Trafik Polisleri<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u015f\u0131klar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte stratejik noktalara, \u015fehrin geleneksel mimarisini yans\u0131tan estetik kul\u00fcbeler in\u015fa edildi. Bu noktalarda g\u00f6rev yapan trafik polisleri, zarif el hareketleriyle ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fini bir orkestra \u015fefi gibi koordine ediyor.
