Yakla\u015f\u0131k\u00a013 bin metrekarelik\u00a0k\u0131ymetli bir arazi \u00fczerinde bulunan 84 odal\u0131 bu yap\u0131 i\u00e7in belirlenen muhammen bedel\u00a0230 Milyon TL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tesisin Mevcut Durumu ve Bilirki\u015fi Raporu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r at\u0131l durumda kalan otel, turizm merkezinin g\u00f6be\u011finde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen adeta bir harabeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda.
